Congratulations to Deryck Vincent, whose photo of David Delany's celebrations in the All Ireland U 13 final between Clontarf vs Bready match last season, has today been announced as the European regional winner in the Photo of the Year" section of the Pepsi ICC Development Programme Awards for 2011.
Cricket Ireland also picked up the Best Overall Cricket Development Programme
